Mysterious Characters

Goblins, yetis, pixies, mermaids – this collection features Mysterious Characters that are especially exciting to bring to life with a duet partner! Late elementary level students will grow in their storytelling, artistry, and ensemble technique as they work on equally interesting primo and secondo parts found in these six duets. (With the exception of the “Pixie Mischief” primo score,) both secondo and primo parts are notated on the grand staff with directions for playing an octave higher or lower. Students enjoy the mysterious realm of make-believe and imagination as they rehearse and perform the unique pieces in this collection. Especially useful during the Halloween season!
